About JA Morrin Construction, LLC
JA Morrin Construction, LLC was started in 1985 by Jeff Morrin. Originally, the company's main business was concrete, masonry, and excavation work, but soon grew to be the leading company in property management and construction in Northwestern Ohio. Today, as a locally owned and operated company, we own over 45 buildings in the area and we have thousands of square footage of retail, office, and warehouse spaces that we manage.
Jeff Morrin ran JA Morrin until his death in 2013. He left a large legacy in Toledo and the surrounding areas as "The Shopping Center King." Today, Alissa Morrin leads the company by the same standards as her husband did.
